These terms govern NFCPlate storefront purchases, product activation, managed destinations, acceptable use, and third-party platform interactions.
Accurate order information and authorized payment.
By placing an order, you confirm that product selections, quantities, shipping information, and contact details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders are subject to acceptance, fraud screening, product availability, and fulfillment capacity. Pricing and product information may be corrected when an obvious error is identified before fulfillment.
You control and are responsible for the assigned destination.
NFCPlate products connect compatible devices to a destination configured by the product owner. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, security, and platform compliance of that destination and its content.
Do not use an NFCPlate product for deception, malware, unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorized data collection, or any destination that could harm customers or third parties.
Use review products to invite genuine feedback.
NFCPlate is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or other destination platforms. Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Products must not be used to offer incentives for positive reviews, suppress negative feedback, pre-screen customers through review gating, write reviews on a customer's behalf, or otherwise violate platform policies.

- Let the customer choose the rating and words
- Do not reward positive feedback
- Follow the destination platform's current rules
Customer devices and third-party services affect the experience.
NFC and QR functionality depends on the customer's device, internet connection, camera, NFC hardware and settings, phone case, and the continued availability of third-party destinations.
NFCPlate may update, suspend, or restrict service features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement.
The published version is the current agreement.
These terms may be updated as products, services, providers, and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update is subject to the current published terms where permitted by law.
