Find your phone’s sweet spot.
Tap with NFC or scan the QR code. Here’s how to get connected—and what to try if it doesn’t open.
Using an iPhone
On a compatible iPhone, wake the screen and hold the top of the phone near the marked NFC area. Pause briefly, then open the notification.
If nothing happens, remove a thick, metal, or magnetic case and try again. NFC support varies by model; the QR code gives you another way to open the link.
Using Android
Check that the phone supports NFC and that NFC is enabled in Settings. Hold the back of the phone near the product’s NFC area.
The antenna location varies by model. Move the phone slowly over the marked area, pausing near the upper back or center.
Scanning the QR code
Open the camera and frame the whole QR code. Keep it steady in good lighting, then select the link prompt.
Use the QR code whenever tapping is unavailable or inconvenient. An internet connection is needed to load the destination.
Still not opening?
Try another phone and check the QR code. If only NFC fails, check the phone’s NFC support, settings, and case.
If both methods reach the wrong page or an error, sign in to the product account and check its saved destination. Contact us if the issue continues.
