Shipping to Canada
Canadian orders ship from Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. Flat-rate shipping is C$5.99 per order, with estimated delivery in 4–7 business days.
Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We accept returns of defective and non-defective products. Non-defective items must be new and unused, with their original packaging.
Contact thenfcplate@gmail.com with your order number before mailing a return. We will provide return instructions and a label to download and print. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Tax and import charges
No tax is added at checkout. NFCPlate manages applicable tax obligations separately. Orders ship from Canada.
