Give it a name
Use a name you will recognize later, such as Front Desk, Checkout Counter, or Technician Keychain. Each product can be managed separately.
Choose where it opens
Save the destination you want customers to reach. Use a direct review, booking, menu, website, or social link—or connect a published Only One Link page.
For loyalty, create and manage your program in NFC Pass, then use the program’s customer link where supported. Open your saved destination and check that it belongs to your business.
Test, then place it
Tap the product with a compatible phone, then scan its QR code with the camera. Both should open the intended destination.
Place it where customers can comfortably reach it and see the instructions. Keep the QR code clear and well lit.
Common questions
What if NFC works but the QR code does not?
Check lighting, camera focus, reflections, and whether the complete QR code is visible. Confirm the destination is active, then contact support if the printed code still cannot be read.
What if the wrong page opens?
Sign in to the product management area, verify the selected product, and update its destination. Test again before returning it to customer use.
Should I test the product before displaying it?
Yes. Test both NFC and QR and confirm that the destination belongs to the correct business.
