We collect information you provide when placing an order, contacting us, submitting a support form, or using an NFCPlate account. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, order details, product setup information, and the content of messages you send.
The storefront and service providers may also process technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, timestamps, security events, and basic usage data needed to operate and protect the service.
Payment-card information is processed by Stripe.
Payments are processed by Stripe. NFCPlate does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy practices.

We use information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, operate product activation and destination management, communicate about purchases, prevent fraud, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and improve the customer experience.

Retention depends on the purpose, account status, order-record requirements, security needs, and applicable law. Customers may use the Contact page to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
